When a dietitian travels, it's never without snacks! Even though I'm headed to fnce, where there will be food samples galore, I find it so helpful anytime I travel to pack snacks that help me maintain my routine from home. Sometimes it's not even that I'm eating less healthy stuff when I'm away -- just the fact that it's DIFFERENT than my norm can throw me off and have me feeling less than my best. I made sure to pack my tummy essentials (high fiber foods like GGs, @nugofiber @nugonutrition bars, @kelloggsus all bran, @braggsacvhealth apple cider vinegar, crystallized ginger, and @yogitea stomach ease tea) plus some other healthy noshes like nuts, @crazyrichardspb PB powder and low fat cheese, so I'm never caught off guard when hunger strikes 👊🏻 So...who will I be seeing in Chicago at #FNCE??
