My first time trying @noccoireland Protein Coffee. And I really enjoyed it! A nice smooth drink which isn't too sweet. Each bottle has 20g of Protein with only 1.4g of Sugar which is great seeing that a lot of the alternative products have a high sugar level. It has 87mg of caffeine. Overall a great product that I would definitely recommend 👍👍👍

Do you guys ever think back on certain hobbies or interests and wonder where you'd be with that if you had never stopped?
 I used to eat breath and sleep skateboarding so naturally I ask myself this question in relation to that.
Like how good would I be if I never slowed down? It's a motivating question to ask yourself.

Today's workout took me 29.54 #deadafter it was broken down into 7 rounds. The chin ups are something I want to work on, I can do 2/3 with no bands, after that I need a black or purple band, my new goal is to hit 7 unassisted.

Who said you have to stay where you are now? The choice is yours. Just ONE of my favorite transformations. Before pic: 69 inch waist! Eff yes to Less back cleavage! And at 490 lbs I could not connect the back of my bra by myself!😖😓 Being pretty much disabled between the ages of 18-24 years old because of my OWN bad eating choices and horrific lifestyle.
I didn't choose where I lost my fat. So for those who may ask there was no specific thing I did to shrink my upper body. Your body will naturally lose fat wherever it so chooses to as you lose weight, that's just the way it is. If it was that simple and I was able to pick where I wanted, I would've definitely chose my arms because I swear they're not budging😒 but who cares, just keep doing the work and the results will follow through eventually! Eff a waist trainer and a cup of skinny tea. Do the WORK and be consistent!
I was hesitant on showing this pic because of how disappointed I was to have let myself get to that point. But if my story can help someone else out there who is currently feeling hopeless. Feeling that this is all impossible. You're wrong. These past two years has been full of wins but also full of setbacks. None of that matters. I was strong enough to get this far, I am certainly strong enough to keep going!

My First Day Out...of school. Lol had to do it for the 500 Club one time. 2 fails and a complete. All i needed was chalk for my hands because they kept slipping.  Once that was official, it was a wrap.

Decided to add in a seated dumbbell shoulder press into my workout today. I did 40 pound dumbbells for sets of 10-12 reps. Definitely enjoyed doing these as a alternative to a standing/seated barbell press or even a standing dumbbell press. Seated dumbbell press will emphasize the deltoids leading to rapid growth. -
