Dumbell Goblet Front to Back Lunge- Simple. Just lunge forward, then backward! Be sure you keep a rounded chest and flat back! Do 6 on each side (1 counting as 1 front AND back lunge), add 10 pounds, do 6 on each side again, then add 10 more pounds and do 6 more on each side! That's 36 lunges on each side total! I did 4 sets today and it kicked my butt.. try it out if you're up to it!
