A bowl of piping hot sambhar, with idli so soft and fluffy all soaked in, perfect after a long horse ride in the sun. There are plenty of ways to make sambhar. This is one that I absolutely love with idlis. I drink the sambhar. It's just so good, that I practically drink it up. Although idli takes a couple of days to make, once you perfect it, your happiness knows no boundaries.
