Dazu eine meeenge leckere Früchte, wie Kiwi, Mandarine, Blaubeeren, Granatapfel Kernen, kokos chips und getrocknete Erdbeeren..Sehr lecker! May have face planted the rest of my wispa gold earlier which has made me feel like shit because I know I'm over my syns for the day. Dinner was nearly a takeaway but salvaged by a fresh bag of veg that I roasted in the oven & quorn fillets topped with bbq sauce (2) & rest of my hexA cheese. I eat literally all the time! When I am hungry, when I am stressed out- quite often nowadays, when I am bored and when my mum is the same household. My secret to avoid much trouble is to store the junk food in my car which is down in he garage and I am not going to grab something in my pj during the night. Alternatively, regardless how hard it is I just simply dont buy stuff like that. I got no bread, biscuits, chocolate at home - bcs they are all in my car 😂 nah! But really the best thing is to go to the supermarket after you have eaten and can’t see food anymore. Then surely you will not crave for anything harmful. 
And seriously binging on fruit and veggies pff ... side note I ate an entire size giant pineapple in the morning and in one sitting. 😋and that was after my banana smoothie.

Meal planning all year not just the holiday season is important to stay on track with fueling your body correctly. This is a trick my mom has used since I was small in order to stay on a budget. But it can also be used to make sure you're planning to eat healthy foods that will keep your body strong and energized.

It doesn't have to be planning every meal for every day. Planning dinners or lunches, while keeping foods you can make quickly for breakfast is a great start. I enjoy meal planning as it keeps me motivated to eat right and keeps me from having to rack my brain for a recipe to make. I already know what's on the menu.

I have an important tip for all my matcha drinkers. 
But first I want to apologize bc for the first time since I believe April I didn't post my health and fitness tip on Facebook. So for everyone that reads my daily tips I'm sooooo sorry. I've been working my butt off this holiday season and didn't get it done.😌 Ok back to matcha! 
Until i think about a year ago I never really drank much coffee and then the past couple months I switched to just matcha. Although it's got tons of great nutrients and benefits it is still a stimulant. You don't crash like coffee but you still have to be careful.  I usually start my day with a regular green tea and drink matcha later in the day for that boost of focus and energy. However today I was so exhausted I drank it first think in the morning with an empty stomach. By the time I got out of the shower I was feeling nauseous and dizzy and at this point had no interest in food. I finally ate a little bit and then after awhile my stomach settled enough to eat lunch.

Normally I have no issues with matcha, I love it!!! But first thing in the morning after 12hrs of fasting is just not a smart decision. Just remember it's a stimulant like coffee 😘 #Matcha

When you get it right you don’t need to lift a million KG’s...lat pull downs are the absolute devil IF you retract your shoulders downwards BEFORE flexing at the elbow and pulling the bar down towards your upper chest. These make me sore for days now. I’m in week 3 of my new training program set by @bodyreach and starting to feel the flames in my muscles!

Początkowo miał to być piernik, ale przed samym pieczeniem zdecydowałam się na muffinki i dobrze zrobiłam, bo taka forma świetnie się przyjęła. Bazą jest mąka orkiszowa, znajdziesz tu także dużo czekolady i korzennych przypraw. Czyli iście świątecznie. I'm always looking for more ways to get motivation and to prosper. This week I meal prep'd dinner for the whole workweek and added more weight training to my workouts. I got back to my lifting roots 💪💪💪. Honestly I missed the burn.

As this year begins to wind down, this i have certainly learned: Be patient in your transformation and you may not realize it yet, (and maybe you have) But your body is capable of amazing things. This i am learning. The trick is time. Anything worth while takes TIME. So, let’s settle in and keep grinding. I’m certainly far from where I’m going but closer than i was a year ago when i started. 💪🏼

In the frantic pre-holiday scramble for the perfect gift, we generally search for material things we think our loved ones will want — gadgets, clothing, books,
(...or in our family’s case, exotic fruit preserves...don’t ask. 🤦🏼‍♀️)
There’s nothing wrong with these gifts.
But this singular focus on material goods often causes us to forget what our loved ones need the most — our presence.
Yes, we may be physically present during the holidays.
But very few of us are truly present mentally and emotionally.
Despite the fact that most of us rarely get to see our entire families together under one roof, we still only give our loved ones about 1/3 of our full attention — the rest of our thoughts get tangled up in social obligations, meal preparations, unresolved toxic resentments, and work still left to do.
So is there any hope for a truly happy holiday?

A healthy Mindfulness practice offers so many practical, accessible tools that can help you find love, presence, and peace during the holidays — meditation, deep listening, and mindful speech, to name just a few. 
At its core, meditation is insanely straightforward — you sit quietly, and focus on following your breath. When your mind inevitably wanders, refocus on your breath. That’s it. We tend to overcomplicate meditation, but it’s really quite simple. 
Deep listening is another simple tool that can have a profoundly positive effect on your relationships. By truly listening and staying fully present in your conversations with a loved one, the message is clear and beneficial: I value you and what you have to say. This kind of powerful message can work wonders to improve someone’s self esteem, and the quality of your relationship with them.
Mindful speech is essentially the opposite of the unfiltered conversation habits that so many people use every day without realizing the powerful impact that words have.
Instead of expressing the first thing that pops into your mind, think about what you’re about to say — and always take the high road. Choosing words that are kind, loving, and helpful can often make all the difference in someone’s life.

So many people have big dreams when they are young, but they convince themselves that the time it will take to get there, is worth too much. -

Avocado Toasts, Egg & Salad 🍃 Probably the food trio I consume the most recently but I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it 🤷🏽‍♂️ Also tried a new multiseed bread this morning that turned heavenly good and crispy 🤤 Happy hump day guys! 💯

Sometimes a girl just doesn’t have time to whip up a homemade salad dressing. 💁🏻‍♀️🥗 Many of you can probably relate so in my latest post I’m sharing my best tips for how to pick out a healthy dressing at the store (spoiler: fat-free doesn’t mean healthy + vegetable oil is 👎🏻) along with some of my absolute fav store-bought dressings.
