What are those three Patty-looking things? Well... They're "No xqsez Potato Patties". Ingredients: 4 small potatoes boiled and mashed, 1 egg, 1/2 chopped onion, garlic powder, black pepper, 2 tablespoons of rolled oats, a dash of paprika and 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix all the ingredients together except for the bread crumbs and make into 3 to 4 patties depending on the size you want. Once you've made your patties dip them in the bread crumbs to form of crust. Here's how you make the smoothie

1/2 cup activated buckwheat, soaked 15 mins
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup preferred nut butter
Almond milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla of choice
1 tsp slippery elm powder (optional)

Method
1. Drain buckwheat and add to a blender with remaining ingredients
2. Blend on high until smooth. Taste, and add more spices if you like.

Here is the SNICKERDOODLE batter! It's so good! Im thinking about adding some chocolate chips next time I make it. Curious what you come up with!

INGREDIENTS:
½ scoop of Snickerdoodle protein powder (If you don't have it use vanilla and add extra cinnamon to taste)
1tbsp PB2 (any powdered peanut butter)
½ tbsp Coconut Flour
⅛ tsp of cinnamon
⅛ tsp vanilla
½ tbsp Sugar Free, Fat Free white Chocolate or vanilla Pudding Mix
1.5 tbsp Stevia
½ tsp Walden farms syrup @waldenfarmsinternational
Water

DIRECTIONS :
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Slowly add water a little at a time until you have the consistency of cookie batter
3. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes to set and enjoy!

A closeup of last nights side dish 👉🏼Spicy Cauliflower Poppers 💥💥You can serve them with sauce or make an arrangement of dipping sauces on the side as a great appetizer (teriyaki, buffalo, spicy mayo)👌🏼
How to: 
1 small head of cauliflower 
1 egg, whisked
1 1/2 cups whole wheat panko crumbs
Cut up the cauliflower into florets, dip them in the egg and then in whole wheat panko crumbs. Place them on a lined tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake on 350 for 35 min. Flip midway.
Sauce: 2 tbsp apricot jam or honey + 1/4 cup soy sauce + 2 tbsp spicy sesame oil + 1 tspn red pepper flakes + 1 tbsp sesame seeds + about 2 tbsp water. Stir together in a small bowl. Heat a skillet, place the cauliflower in and mix in the sauce until evenly coated, about 1-2 minutes.

Did a little extra prep last night to have some more veggie variety to add to my meals this week! These maple roasted sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts are one of my favorites- for meal prep or holiday parties 🙏🏼🙏🏼 So so simple to throw together. Recipe below ••
_______________________________________________________
*feel free to double the recipe for a larger group 
2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
1 large sweet potato, thinly sliced 
1/3 cup pecans 
1 tbsp Avocado oil 
1.5 tbsp Grass fed butter
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
Sea salt
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Toss veggies in avocado oil and sea salt until evenly coated. Spread evenly on tray. Bake for 15 minutes. 
3. Remove and stir veggies. Bake for another 10 minutes.
4. While baking, melt butter and mix with maple syrup and cinnamon. 
5. Remove tray again and pour maple + butter mixture over the veggies. ** leave a tiny bit aside for the pecans. Stir and place back in oven for 5-10 minutes 
6. Heat a skillet, then add pecans with remaining maple mixture. Let toast for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently so they don’t burn.
