Coconut chutney: Condiment made of coconut, red chilies, curry leaves, onion and ginger.
Rava Kesari: Sweet made from semolina, roasted nuts, cardamoms and ghee.
Upma: Savory dish made of dry roasted semolina, curry leaves, spices and vegetables.
Mint chutney: Condiment made from fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies.
Sambar: Lentil based vegetable stew in a tamarind broth.
Masala Dosa: Crepe made from fermented batter (rice flour, wheat and lentils) and cooked till crispy on an oil greased pan. The crepe is stuffed with spicy potatoes and onions, and rolled up.
Mini Idli: Made from steaming a batter of fermented black lentils and rice. Soaked in Sambar.
