🥑 Are avocados now toast? Twenty minutes into 'What the Health' on Netflix and I've learned that I shouldn't be eating avo (unsustainable), sugar, red meat, eggs (as bad as smoking), milk, seafood (bad for the ecosystem), cheese, alcohol or pretty much anything in my fridge. In fact, I've no idea what I should be eating anymore. Am I the only one who can't keep up!?
